Founder and CEO – Liorah Foundation
Darline is a committed woman, a resilient mother, and a passionate entrepreneur. Forever marked by her daughter Liorah's courageous journey, she founded the Liorah Foundation to offer support to seriously ill children and their families with compassion, dignity, and humanity.
With a strong background in customer service, a keen sense of organization and great creativity, Darline is leading several projects simultaneously: youth publications, charity events, and management of the family business JDDHL Électro, while continuing her development in the social and administrative field.
Visionary and grounded in action, she transforms pain into impact, love into projects, and grief into hope.
His message: As long as there is breath, there is a mission to accomplish.

David Royce Forvil
Vice President | Chief Technology Officer | Entrepreneur
David is a devoted father and a determined man, forever marked by the unconditional love he has for his daughter Liorah. Driven by a deep sense of family and duty, he now puts his skills and commitment to work for the Liorah Foundation, where he plays a key role in technical management and logistical support.
Passionate about technology and electronics, David pursued studies in systems engineering. Drawing on his field experience and meticulous approach, he founded JDDHL Electro, his own company specializing in the maintenance and repair of residential appliances.
A man of projects, calm and hardworking, David embodies the quiet strength behind the scenes of the foundation. His goal: to help ease the suffering of other families, in memory of Liorah, his little star.

Jean Emmon Pouponneau is a passionate special education teacher, known for his attentive listening, patience, and ability to support children and families with kindness. As a father himself, he deeply understands the challenges faced by parents of sick and vulnerable children.
Committed to the Liorah Foundation since its inception, Jean Emmon dedicates his heart to its mission. His empathy, professional rigor, and compassion make him an essential pillar of our team. He firmly believes that every child deserves to be surrounded, supported, and loved.

Daniel is a man of many talents. A doctor by profession, he has chosen to put his knowledge and leadership skills to use in other fields. A shrewd investor, strategic advisor, and manager in the hotel industry, he is known for his analytical mind, clear vision, and organizational skills.
The founder's older brother and Liorah's uncle, Daniel, is wholeheartedly committed to the foundation's mission. A passionate traveler, he believes every child deserves a chance to live with dignity, regardless of the obstacles they face. His dedication to the Liorah Foundation is driven by family love and a desire to build a better future for sick children and their families.

Bianca Domond
Administrator | Communication Student
Bianca is a dynamic and passionate young woman, a university student studying communication and languages. Curious and creative, she stands out for her initiative and her remarkable ability to adapt to any challenge. Always smiling, cheerful, and open to others, she embodies the values of sharing, compassion, and commitment that drive the Liorah Foundation.
Gifted with manual dexterity and an innate sense of innovation, Bianca enjoys contributing concretely and originally to the Foundation's projects. Before officially joining the board of directors, she was already actively involved as a volunteer in the Tech Volunteer program, where her enthusiasm and diligence were greatly appreciated.
Today, she brings a wonderful new energy, a fresh perspective, and a deep desire to make a difference in the lives of sick children and their families to the Liorah Foundation. 💜
