A word from the Founder

Darline Forvil Devilus is a compassionate woman, a devoted mother, and a visionary leader who founded the Liorah Foundation in memory of her beloved daughter, Liorah, who was taken from us far too soon by illness. Driven by a mother's unconditional love and the will to transform her grief into hope, Darline chose to create a haven of compassion, practical support, and light for critically ill children and their families.

With extensive experience in customer service and coordination, and actively involved in her community, Darline is also a woman determined to make a difference. Her strength stems as much from her personal experiences as from her belief in human resilience and solidarity.

Under her leadership, the Liorah Foundation's mission is to support families facing the challenges of serious childhood illness through personal support, fundraising, cultural events, and one-time financial assistance. Darline embodies the foundation's values: love, dignity, justice, and hope.

She acts as a mentor, moral support, and reference figure for many families affected by the disease.

Darline leads the Liorah Foundation with humility, efficiency and a clear vision: that every seriously ill child can have a guardian angel on Earth.
